I was in rare form this weekend, I was interested in cooking preparing food ! Saturday was white wine and garlic steamed clams, with homemade sweet potato fries and fresh corn. Sunday I made my version of Subway’s egg white sandwiches (toasted english muffin, ham, provolone & egg whites with dill) and last night I made the tastiest little salad ever!
It’s just quartered plum tomatoes, avocados, red onions & dill (I was in a dill mood this weekend.) I had some leftover cucumbers and thought they looked yum so there it is. It was easy & delicious…just how I like things
